2026 Volunteer Sign Ups Are Live!
The Park City Kimball Arts Festival is one of the largest festivals in Utah and is Kimball Art Center’s largest volunteer need.

FAQS
Why Should I Volunteer?
In 2026, more than 300 volunteers donated countless hours to make Arts Fest a success. In addition to free admission to the festival, volunteer benefits include swag items, snacks and meals while on duty, discounts on art from participating artists, and entry into a volunteers-only raffle. If you’re interested, please sign up here or email: volunteers@kimballartcenter.org with any questions.
What Should I Wear?
Your snazzy new volunteer t-shirt, of course! We will provide your free volunteer T-shirt and credential lanyard at check-in, and we ask that you wear these items throughout your shift(s). Please wear comfortable shoes and consider weather conditions. A hat, sunglasses, and sun protection is recommended.
Who can volunteer?
For most shifts, we welcome all volunteers! The sign-up for volunteer shifts includes specific descriptions of each role, as well as important considerations for success. For example, some sifts require volunteers to be 21+, able to lift up to 10 lbs, have a driver’s license and clean driving record, have prior wheel/clay throwing experience, and/or be a returning volunteer. Make sure to read your shift description so you have a good sense of the job you’re signing up for!
Where do I park, and what transportation is available?
Parking is incredibly limited (and expensive). Please use the free public bus, walk, or ride your bike.
If you are coming from outside of Park City, park at the Kimball Junction Transit Center and take the Express bus to Main Street. You can find Park City’s full bus schedule here.
We are also offering a Bike Valet, presented by PC High School MTB Team , on 7th Ave accessible via Park Ave. Please plan ahead for extra transportation time!
Where do I check-in and receive my volunteer credentials?
Please check-in for your shift at the Volunteer Lounge in the Gateway Center, 136 Heber Ave, first floor.
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your shift starts so you can check in, receive your t-shirt, credentials, and appreciation bag, grab a bite to eat, and have plenty of time to make your way to your designated volunteer area.
