Sorry, even if your pooch is a Picasso aficionado, Arts Fest is no place for the four-legged. The asphalt is hot and can burn their paws, there are thousands of people on Main Street and leashes can create a tripping hazard.
Fine art and Fido just don’t mix. Please leave your hound at home.
