With my palette knives and acrylic paints, I am a texture junkie, sculpting landscapes and bringing them to life on canvas, so much that collectors can't help but reach out and touch it. The thicker the better! I have a proclivity for trees, but also paint beaches and oceans, fields of flowers, mountains, boats and cities...anywhere that sparks a feeling of home, comfort, or connection. Sometimes I give my work a more rustic feel painting on homemade wooden canvases. I also have some modern pieces with the same thick texture. I love including metallic foils with my modern work so many in this collection really pop with gold and silver.
